REAP Ambassador Materials – Using the CD

    The documents contained on the CD are provided in the following formats:

      Presentation – in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 format

      Presentation Script – in Microsoft Word 2007 and Adobe PDF format

      Brochure – in Microsoft Word 2007 and Adobe PDF format

      Advertising Slide – in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 format

      Advertising Poster – in Microsoft Word 2007 format

Using Microsoft XP and Vista

    With Microsoft Office 2007

      All files are compatible with Office 2007

    With Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003

      Need to install the Microsoft Compatibility Pack from office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/ha101686761033.aspx .

    Without Microsoft Office

      Need to install the PowerPointViewer in the Programs directory to view the 
      presentation

      Need to install the wordview_en-us in the Programs directory to view the Microsoft 
      Word 2007 formatted files.

      Alternatively, need to install the Adobe PDF Reader from 
      www.adobe.com/products/reader to view the files in PDF Format.

      You will not be able to change the advertising slide or poster.  For the poster, details of 
      the time and venue can be added by hand.  For the slide, please ask the person 
      managing the presentation of church notices.



Using Mac OS X

    The files have not been tested with Mac OS X, but the following should work!

    With Microsoft Office 2008

      All files should be compatible with Office 2008

    With Microsoft Office 2004

      Need to install the Microsoft Compatibility Pack from 
      www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.mspx?pid=Mactopia_AddTools&fid=4DD4BC05-1217-497E-8F65-4347F2544ED6#viewer 

    Without Microsoft Office

      You may be able to view the presentations and advertising slide using one of the 
      following products:

		Open Office 3.x
		NeoOffice
		Keystone

      (None of these have been tested with Mac OS X)

      Need to install the Adobe PDF Reader from www.adobe.com/products/reader to view 
      the files in PDF Format.

      You will not be able to change the advertising slide or poster.  For the poster, details of 
      the time and venue can be added by hand.  For the slide, please ask the person 
      managing the presentation of church notices.

Using Linux OS

    Need to download Open Office 3.x to read files.  Check Open Office for system 
    requirements. 

    This does not provide a particularly accurate rendition of the slides but it is passable.  If 
    possible, work through the slides and correct problems where text and pictures overlap.

No Computer

    You will need to find somebody to help you, preferably with MS Office 2007.
